Safeguarding cargo: how re-levelling and smooth hydraulics protect transported goods

In modern operations, the requirements for transporting cargo have become highly demanding. Operations in fields such as furniture, robotics and automation, retail, logistics, and medical facilities depend on reliable and intelligent support to transport workloads smoothly without sudden jolts. For this reason, our Paradis Lifts HS series is engineered to combine a robust design with smart technology to protect cargo, reduce noise, and lower operating costs.

Constant alignment with automatic re-levelling

Maintaining a level surface during the transportation of goods is critical for safe and efficient usage. To prevent floor misalignments, the HS models feature an automatic re-levelling system. This system ensures that the platform always remains level with the floor, no matter if the lift is fully loaded or empty. By automatically keeping the platform flush, the system ensures a stable transition and safe usage when moving cargo in and out of the cabin.

Minimising vibrations with efficient screw pumps

Mechanical vibrations during travel can increase the risk of component wear and impact cargo safety. Traditional gear pumps often create fluid turbulence, which increases mechanical vibrations throughout the system.

To solve this issue, an efficient screw pump option can be integrated into the HS models. Compared to traditional gear pumps, the screw pump has a compact design that reduces fluid turbulence for smoother hydraulic operation. This minimises mechanical vibrations, lowers noise levels, and significantly reduces the risk of component failure over a long service life.

Delivering long-term value

By pairing precision hydraulic control with a soft start and stop feature, the system provides a gentle control that eliminates sudden jolts, directly enhancing user and cargo safety. As Povilas Mizgaitis, Head of Export, reflects: “The robustness of the cargo lifts is key. A strong frame, robust doors with easy-to-adjust parts, and assembly-friendly designs give the calmness needed for the cargo workhorse we currently offer. We thoroughly test every component before integration. This complex process ensures that our clients, who rely on our products for years, can have complete peace of mind.”

Focusing on smooth operational control, minimised vibrations, and constant floor alignment allows the Paradis HS series to prevent cargo damage while extending the overall lifespan of the equipment. This rigorous focus on reliability ensures high throughput while reducing long-term operating and maintenance costs.
